youtube YouTube’s video quality has improved over the last few month, and they are already rolling out 1080p HD videos. However, I found it’s always frustrating and time consuming when you need to manually press the HD button and reload the video again to see the high quality video. It’s also true that there are cheat codes that you can use to add in the end of the youtube video to force it play in high frame rate and high quality. But it’s tedious tasks and time consuming, you can over come those with some help from the userscript. This method works very well on Firefox, personally haven’t tried on IE or Chrome. (you can install enable both browser for it to run usercripts)

Now you should see something like this when you are on YouTube, by default it enables you to automatically HD quality videos. There are other options you can choose from as well.
