It’s February ! which means its time for another new sets of amazing Wallpaper from Smashing Magazine. Just like in January there is also Windows 7 Theme Pack you can download for your Windows 7. (Only this time you got do a little extra steps to get the downloading content working for you)

Unfortunately the author who made the Windows 7 Theme Pack didn’t do it the right way.

So here is the work around to get the “Theme Pack” working.

Smashing Magazine February 2010 Windows 7 Theme (calendar) [58.2 MB]

Smashing Magazine February 2010 Windows 7 Theme (without calendar) [51.8 MB]

After you’ve download the Theme, double click to activate won’t work, so you need to extract the theme pack

and you will see another theme file, double click that it will enable the theme for you :)

  • Well I actually did do it the right way, but for some reason the themepack file is not enabling the normal creation of the theme. Thanks for the workaround steps in detail for people wanting to use them.
